The Captain is inspired by the local tuna industry and the fishermen who dedicate their lives to tuna fishing. 

The Captain features a spotter plane in the left of the sunglasses and an shadow of a fisherman poling a tuna onto their boat on the right of the sunglasses. 

The sunset colours, fishermen and spotter plane were inspired by real life photographs.
